Georgia Gould

Georgia Gould is a British Labour Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Queen's Park and Maida Vale since 2024. Appointed as Minister of State for School Standards in 2025, she previously held the position of Parliamentary Secretary for the Cabinet Office. Before entering national politics, Gould served as a councillor for Camden from 2010 to 2024, including a tenure as Leader of Camden Council from 2017 to 2024. A graduate of the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics, she is recognized for her centrist political views and her background in local government and digital policy. In 2024, she was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for her services to local government.
