Gerald Shamash, Baron Shamash, is a British lawyer and life peer who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2024. A long-standing solicitor for the Labour Party, he has advised the party on significant legal matters, including parliamentary expenses and electoral law, since 1990. Before his appointment to the Lords, he served as a magistrate and a councillor for the London Borough of Barnet. He is a founding partner of the law firm Edwards Duthie Shamash and previously chaired the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.
