Gerhard Schoder is a German politician serving as the Mayor of Neuburg an der Donau since May 1, 2026. Before entering politics, he worked as an IT specialist and consultant, including roles in the United States and Germany. A former member of the Christian Social Union (CSU), he joined Alliance 90/The Greens in 2019. He served on the Neuburg city council and the district council of Neuburg-Schrobenhausen before his successful mayoral campaign, where he was supported by both the Greens and the SPD.
