Gheorghe Flutur is a Romanian politician and a prominent member of the National Liberal Party (PNL). He has served multiple terms as the President of the Suceava County Council and previously held the position of Minister of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development in the Tăriceanu government from 2004 to 2006. Throughout his career, he has been a member of the Romanian Senate and served as the acting president of the PNL in 2022.
