Mircea Roșca

Mircea Roșca is a Romanian politician serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies in the Parliament of Romania. He previously held a parliamentary mandate between 2012 and 2016 and returned to the Chamber for the 2020-2024 term. Throughout his political career, Roșca has been involved in legal proceedings, including a 2014 investigation by the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) regarding influence peddling and incitement to abuse of office. In April 2024, the High Court of Cassation and Justice ordered the termination of the criminal proceedings against him due to the statute of limitations.
