Gilbert Isabella is a Dutch politician and former administrator who served as the mayor of Houten from 2019 until 2025. Born in Curaçao, he previously held roles as a municipal councilor and alderman in Utrecht, and served as the National Representative for the Caribbean Netherlands islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba from 2014 to 2018. In March 2025, Isabella resigned from his position as mayor following the publication of an integrity report that included allegations of inappropriate behavior.
