Stieneke van der Graaf

Stieneke van der Graaf is a Dutch politician and jurist who has served as the Acting Mayor of Weststellingwerf since May 2025. A member of the Christian Union, she previously served as a member of the House of Representatives between 2017 and 2023, where she focused on portfolios including infrastructure, justice, and European affairs. Prior to her national parliamentary career, she was a member of the Provincial Council of Groningen from 2007 to 2017. Throughout her career, she has been involved in various advisory and oversight roles, including positions at ZOA and Social Enterprise NL, with a focus on human rights and international development.
