Giuseppe Mascia

Giuseppe Mascia is an Italian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Sassari, having assumed office in June 2024. Before his election as mayor, he served as a municipal councilor in Sassari, initially representing the Five Star Movement before joining the Democratic Party, where he later became the provincial secretary for Sassari. An academic by background, Mascia holds a degree in philosophy and a doctorate in philosophical disciplines, having previously worked as a researcher and high school teacher.
