Giusy Versace is an Italian politician, television presenter, and former Paralympic athlete. After a 2005 car accident resulted in the amputation of both her legs, she became a prominent advocate for disability rights and sports inclusion, founding the Disabili No Limits Onlus association. She served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 2018 to 2022 before being elected to the Senate of the Republic.
