Grégoire de Lasteyrie

Grégoire de Lasteyrie is a French politician who has served as the Mayor of Palaiseau since 2014. He currently holds several significant regional roles, including President of the Paris-Saclay agglomeration community since 2020 and Vice President of the Île-de-France Regional Council in charge of transport since 2024. Additionally, he has served as Vice President of Île-de-France Mobilités since 2021. Formerly a member of The Republicans, he joined the Horizons party in 2022. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in regional governance and transportation policy within the Paris metropolitan area.
