Greg Hertz is an American businessman and politician serving as a member of the Montana Senate for District 6. Born in 1957 in Malta, Montana, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Montana. Before his legislative career, he became the majority owner, President, and CEO of Moody's Market, Inc. in 1998. Hertz previously served in the Montana House of Representatives from 2013 to 2021, where he held the position of Majority Whip during the 2015-2016 session. He currently resides in Polson, Montana, with his family.
