Guillaume Rose

Guillaume Rose is a Monegasque politician and executive who has served as a member of the National Council of Monaco since 2018. He currently chairs the Environment and Quality of Life Commission and represents Monaco in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Beyond his legislative duties, Rose has held significant roles in the private and public sectors, including serving as the Executive Director General of the Monaco Economic Board since 2019 and previously leading the Monaco Tourism Authority. He holds an MBA from the International University of Monaco and a background in film studies from the Sorbonne.
