Roland Mouflard

Roland Mouflard is a Monegasque politician and entrepreneur serving as a member of the National Council of Monaco since 2023. He currently holds the position of Vice-President of the Finance and National Economy Commission, where he focuses on business and innovation. A former competitive fencer who represented Monaco internationally, Mouflard previously worked in finance at Société Générale, KPMG, and Edmond de Rothschild before co-founding the consulting firm ATS Monaco Consulting. In his legislative role, he has been a vocal advocate for anti-smoking legislation and the modernization of corporate law, while also expressing skepticism toward large-scale infrastructure projects like the Brasca parking facility.
