Gulfam Malik is a German politician and a member of the Hamburg Parliament (Hamburgische Bürgerschaft). Born in Pakistan in 1957, he moved to Hamburg at the age of 18 and established himself as an independent businessman in the flower trade. Malik began his political career in 2008 as a member of the Hamburg-Nord district assembly and founded the Langenhorner Citizens' Forum in 2009. Since 2015, he has served as a member of the Hamburg Parliament, representing the constituency of Fuhlsbüttel – Alsterdorf – Langenhorn. He is actively involved in parliamentary committees focusing on internal affairs, European and international relations, and environmental and energy policy.
