Guntur Sasono is an Indonesian politician who has served as a member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia since 2004. Representing the East Java VIII electoral district, he has been a long-standing legislator for five consecutive terms. Throughout his tenure, he has been assigned to Commission I, which oversees defense, foreign affairs, and communication and informatics. An alumnus of the Magelang Military Academy, he also holds bachelor's and master's degrees in public administration from the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya.
