Gurme Suresh Shetty

Gurme Suresh Shetty is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly representing the Kapu constituency. He was elected in the 2023 Karnataka Legislative Assembly election as a candidate for the Bharatiya Janata Party, defeating his nearest rival by a margin of 13,004 votes. Prior to his legislative career, he was involved in business. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Veerashaiva College, Bellary.
