Gustavo Gatica Villarroel is a Chilean psychologist, human rights activist, and politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile for the 8th District. He became a prominent national figure during the 2019 Chilean social uprising after losing his eyesight due to police violence, which led him to advocate for institutional reform, disability rights, and victims of state violence.
