Gwen Boniface is a Canadian politician and former police official who served as a member of the Senate of Canada representing Ontario from 2016 to 2025. Before her appointment to the Senate, she had a distinguished career in law enforcement, notably serving as the first female commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police from 1998 to 2006.
