안규백

Ahn Gyu-back is a South Korean politician currently serving as the 51st Minister of National Defense, having been appointed in July 2025 as the first civilian to hold the position in 64 years. Prior to his ministerial appointment, he served five consecutive terms as a member of the National Assembly representing Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. Throughout his legislative career, he held key leadership roles within the Democratic Party of Korea, including Secretary-General and Chairman of the Strategy and Planning Committee, and served as a prominent member of the National Assembly's National Defense Committee.
