Héctor Palencia Rubio

Héctor Palencia Rubio is a Spanish politician currently serving as a member of the Congress of Deputies, a position he has held since 2023. Prior to his election to the national legislature, he served as the chief of staff to Alfonso Fernández Mañueco from 2022 to 2023. Earlier in his career, he was involved in sports administration, notably serving as the president of the basketball club Óbila CB until 2012. He continues to be an active figure in Spanish national politics representing the province of Ávila.
