Haluk İpek is a Turkish politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Born in 1963 in Suluova, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1986. Throughout his career, he has held significant roles including serving as a founding member of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), General Secretary of the party, and Vice Chairman. He has represented various constituencies in parliament, including Ankara and Amasya, and has been active in international parliamentary cooperation, notably as the head of the Turkey-Kazakhstan Parliamentary Friendship Group and chair of the TÜRKPA Legal Affairs Standing Committee.
