Han ter Heegde

Han ter Heegde is a Dutch politician and administrator currently serving as the Mayor of Gooise Meren, a position he has held since January 2017. A member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD), he previously served as the mayor of Langedijk and Heerhugowaard. Before entering local politics, he worked as a controller at the Ministry of Defence and served as an officer in the Dutch military. He holds a degree in public administration from the University of Twente.
