Hasan Koyuncu

Hasan Koyuncu is a Belgian politician of Turkish descent affiliated with the Socialist Party (PS). Born in Sint-Joost-ten-Node in May 1981, he studied commercial sciences at the ICHEC Business Management School and worked as an independent retail entrepreneur before entering politics. He has served as a member of the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region since 2014, where he has held various committee leadership roles, and also sits in the Parliament francophone bruxellois and the Belgian Senate. Additionally, he became a municipal councillor in Schaerbeek and was appointed president of the municipal council following local political agreements.
