Hellen Adoa is a Ugandan politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for the Serere District Women Constituency in the 11th Parliament of Uganda. Since December 2019, she has also served as the State Minister for Fisheries, a role she continues to hold following her appointment to the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry, and Fisheries in 2024. Before entering elective politics in 2016, Adoa spent 15 years as a director at various early childhood and elementary educational institutions.
