Herminio Fernández is a Bolivian politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. He represents the department of Potosí as part of the Christian Democratic Party (PDC) delegation in the IV Plurinational Legislative Assembly, which began its term in November 2025. His legislative work focuses on representing the interests of the Potosí region within the national government.
