Hilary Armstrong, Baroness Armstrong of Hill Top, is a British politician and a life peer in the House of Lords. She previously served as the Member of Parliament for North West Durham from 1987 to 2010, during which time she held several high-profile government positions, including Chief Whip and Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster under Prime Minister Tony Blair.
