Hilmy Othman

Hilmy Othman is a Malaysian politician currently serving as the eighth Mayor of Kuching North, a position he assumed on September 1, 2023. Prior to his appointment as mayor, he served for over two decades at the Kuching South City Council, including a tenure as Deputy Mayor. In his current role, he focuses on urban development initiatives, specifically emphasizing the creation of child-friendly infrastructure and enhanced support systems for the elderly population in Kuching. He is also a deputy chief of the Satok branch of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu.
