吉川 寛康

Hiroyasu Kikkawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Miyagi Prefectural Assembly, representing Aoba Ward in Sendai. First elected in 2007, he is now in his fifth term. A graduate of Akita University, he previously worked at Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc. Kikkawa focuses on disaster resilience, regional economic development, and addressing Japan's declining birthrate.
