Koichi Fukura is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Ehime Prefectural Assembly, representing the Imabari City and Ochi District constituency. A member of the Liberal Democratic Party, he has been elected to the assembly five times. Throughout his tenure, he has contributed to various committees, including the Tourism, Sports, Education, and Police Committee, the Assembly Steering Committee, and the Special Committee on DX Promotion Measures.
