Hiroyuki Fukuta is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Akita Prefectural Assembly, representing the Akita City constituency. Born in Kobe in 1984, he moved to Akita at the age of ten. After graduating from Akita University, he worked for the Daisen City government and the Akita City General Hospital before becoming a certified social insurance labor consultant. First elected to the prefectural assembly in April 2025, he focuses on economic and employment revitalization, social welfare reform, and improving regional safety and security.
