塗木弘幸

Hiroyuki Nuruki is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Minamikyushu City in Kagoshima Prefecture. Born in 1953 in the former Chiran Town, he began his political career as a member of the Chiran Town Council in 2007. Following the merger that created Minamikyushu City, he served as a city council member before being elected mayor in 2015. He has since been re-elected, securing his third term in 2023. His administration has focused on administrative reform and regional revitalization.
