Hlengiwe Mkhaliphi is a South African politician who has served as a Member of the National Assembly since May 2014. A founding member of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), she played a significant role in the party's early leadership, serving as its inaugural deputy secretary-general from 2014 to 2019. She was re-elected to Parliament in both the 2019 and 2024 general elections. Mkhaliphi holds a Bachelor of Administration Honours in Public Administration from the University of South Africa.
