Hong-cheol Min is a South Korean politician and former military judge who currently serves as a four-term member of the National Assembly representing Gimhae-si Gap. A retired Brigadier General, he previously held high-ranking positions in the military legal system, including Chief of the High Military Court. After entering politics, he became the first member of the Democratic Party to win four consecutive terms in the Gyeongsang region, a traditionally conservative stronghold. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has focused on land, infrastructure, and defense policy, serving as the chair of the National Defense Committee and holding various leadership roles within his party.
