Hotuiti Teao is a Chilean politician of Rapa Nui ethnicity currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies for District 7. Before entering politics, he established a career in television as a model and host on programs such as Yingo and Sábado Gigante. He also pursued studies in business administration at the University of the Alba. After several unsuccessful bids for office, he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies in 2021 and subsequently re-elected in 2025, with his current term extending until 2030.
