Huldah Momanyi Hiltsley is an American politician serving as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives for District 38A since 2025. She holds the distinction of being the first Kenyan-American to win a state assembly seat in Minnesota. Before entering politics, she worked as a Privacy Operations Manager at Boston Scientific and held a position at Dexcom. Hiltsley is a dedicated advocate for the empowerment of women and girls, having founded SaniPads in 2014 to support educational access for girls in Kenya. She also served as the first female president of the Mwanyagetinge Organization in Minnesota.
