Humerlito Dolor

Humerlito Dolor is a Filipino politician currently serving as the Governor of Oriental Mindoro, a position he has held since 2019. He began his political career in 1992 as a youth leader and later served as a provincial board member and as the Vice Governor of Oriental Mindoro from 2010 to 2019. A member of the PDP–Laban party, Dolor is also a Major in the Philippine Army Reserve Command. His recent tenure has been marked by his advocacy for large-scale river dredging and flood-mitigation projects, which have faced scrutiny regarding environmental impact and transparency.
