채현일

Chae Hyun-il is a South Korean politician currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly, representing the Yeongdeungpo-gu Gap constituency in Seoul. Before his election to the National Assembly in 2024, he served as the Mayor of Yeongdeungpo-gu from 2018 to 2022. His career includes significant experience in administrative and political roles, having worked as an administrative officer in the Office of the President under the Moon Jae-in administration and as a political aide to the Mayor of Seoul. He is a graduate of Seoul National University, where he studied political science.
