Ian Borg

Ian Borg is a Maltese politician currently serving as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health. A member of the Labour Party, he began his political career as Mayor of Dingli and has held various high-profile government portfolios, including Minister for Transport, Infrastructure, and Capital Projects, and Minister for Foreign and European Affairs and Trade. He has also played significant international roles, such as serving as Chair-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and chairperson of the United Nations Security Council.
