Ibrahim Kalil Konaté is an Ivorian politician and government minister. He currently serves as the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Crafts, having previously held the position of Minister of Digital Transition and Digitalization. A member of the Rally of Houphouëtists for Democracy and Peace (RHDP), he has served as the President of the Hambol Regional Council since 2018. Before entering national politics, he held various leadership roles in the public and private sectors, including at the Bureau National d'Études Techniques et de Développement (BNETD) and as the Director General of the Ivorian Institute of Enterprise.
