Ibrahim Talba Malla is a Cameroonian politician currently serving as the Minister Delegate to the Presidency in charge of Public Contracts. Born in Mora, he is the son of former minister Talba Malla Oumaté. Before his ministerial appointment in 2019, he held significant leadership roles, including serving as the Director General of the National Hydrocarbons Price Stabilization Fund for two decades and as the Director General of SONARA from 2013 to 2019. He began his career as a tax inspector and has been an active member of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (RDPC) since 1985, holding various organizational responsibilities within the Mayo-Sava department.
