Igor Grosu

Igor Grosu is a Moldovan politician currently serving as the President of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and the leader of the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS). A historian by training, he previously served as Deputy Minister of Education under Maia Sandu and held roles as a senior state advisor. A co-founder of several NGOs including Amnesty International Moldova, he entered parliament in 2019 and led his party to a decisive electoral victory in 2021, subsequently assuming his current parliamentary leadership role.
