Ihor Huz is a Ukrainian politician and a serving People's Deputy of Ukraine, currently in his second consecutive term representing the 19th electoral district. An active participant in the 'Ukraine without Kuchma' movement and the Euromaidan protests, he has long been involved in regional politics, previously serving as Deputy Chairman of the Volyn Regional Council. He is a member of the parliamentary group 'For the Future' and serves as Deputy Chairman of the Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning. Beyond his legislative work, Huz is known for his advocacy of decentralization reforms and his involvement in organizing cultural and sports initiatives, including the Bandershtat festival.
