Igor Kolykhaev is a Ukrainian politician and entrepreneur who served as the Mayor of Kherson from 2020 until his abduction by Russian forces in 2022. Previously, he was a People's Deputy of Ukraine (2019–2020) and a member of the Kherson Oblast Council. A businessman with a background in the agricultural and food sectors, he founded the 'We Must Live Here' party and the 'Prodeksim' futsal club. Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Kolykhaev remained in Kherson to manage city affairs before being detained in June 2022; he has since been confirmed as a prisoner of war.
