Born in 1982 in Novoukrainka, he holds degrees in engineering and road construction from the Kirovohrad National Technical University and the Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University. Before his election in 2019, he held various technical and management roles in the construction and road maintenance sectors. As a member of the Servant of the People party, he serves on the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Transport and Infrastructure.
