Iris Nieland is a German politician who has served as a member of the Bundestag since 2025. Prior to her election to the federal parliament, she served as a member of the Landtag of Rhineland-Palatinate from 2016 to 2025. Before entering politics, she worked as a bank clerk. In the Bundestag, she holds positions on the Finance Committee and the Audit Committee, and serves as a deputy member of the Budget Committee. She is also a member of the board of the Franco-German Parliamentary Assembly.
