Isabelle Mesnard

Isabelle Mesnard is a French politician who served as a member of the French National Assembly for the 1st constituency of Eure-et-Loir from October 2024 to January 2025, replacing Guillaume Kasbarian during his tenure as a government minister. A long-standing local official, she has served as a municipal councillor in Chartres since 2001 and has held various roles within the Chartres Métropole intercommunal structure, including as a vice-president. In 2023, she became the municipal delegate for the Horizons party in Chartres.
