Masaru Ishizaka is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives, representing the Tochigi 4th district. Born in Moka, Tochigi, he is the son of former Moka Mayor Shinichi Ishizaka. After graduating from Takushoku University, he built a career as a political aide, serving as a secretary to lawmakers Yoshimi Watanabe and Tsutomu Sato. He held various positions within the government, including secretary to the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications. Before his election to the national legislature in 2026, he served two terms as a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly, where he was first elected in 2019 and re-elected unopposed in 2023.
