Jülide Sarıeroğlu

Jülide Sarıeroğlu is a Turkish politician, labour economist, and trade unionist who currently serves as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Born in Adana, she studied labour economics and industrial relations at Gazi University in Ankara. Before her parliamentary career, she held various roles within the Justice and Development Party (AKP), including serving in the women's branch and as an alderman in the Çankaya municipality. Between 2017 and 2018, she served as the Minister of Labour and Social Security. She is also a non-fiction author who has written extensively on working women's rights, job search techniques, and social dialogue.
