Jérôme Penbaga Dooh is a Cameroonian politician currently serving as the Secretary of State to the Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, in charge of Prison Administration. He is a member of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (RDPC). As a government official, he plays a key role in the management and oversight of the national penitentiary system within the administration of Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute.
