Jacinta Allan

Jacinta Allan is an Australian politician serving as the 49th Premier of Victoria and leader of the Victorian Labor Party since 2023. First elected to the Legislative Assembly for the district of Bendigo East in 1999 at age 25, she became the youngest female parliamentarian in the state's history. Throughout her career, she has held various ministerial portfolios, including education, transport, and infrastructure, overseeing major projects such as the Metro Tunnel. As Premier, she has focused on housing and planning reforms while navigating challenges including union-related controversies and infrastructure management.
